“My body changed. But I was still me.”

Chante lost 115 pounds. She became stronger, moved differently, taught cycling. The scale could prove it — but there were things the scale could not measure: the way she thought about herself, the things she believed about what she could and could not do.

Through weight regain, grief, family responsibilities, and bariatric surgery, she learned that the deeper work of transformation is identity — learning to see yourself clearly and build from what remains. Changing Image 20/20 is the framework she built from that journey.

Her Philosophy

Evidence, not verdicts.

Chante's coaching doesn't begin with what's wrong with you. It begins with the evidence of who you've already been — the strength your life can produce receipts for.

Her framework teaches you to look before correcting, to separate what happened from what you concluded about yourself, and to build routines that include your own needs — not as an afterthought, but as part of the plan.

Healed women heal generations. This work is personal, and it is bigger than one person.
